Functional, Strength and Conditioning. Each session starts with a targeted warm-up, followed by a skill and/or strength segment to isolate and practice specific elements, followed by the Workout of the Day; a high-intensity, functional group workout.
Fit-60 is a bootcamp-style series of high-intensity workouts. You will use kettlebells, dumbells, medballs, skipping, ring-rows, sprints, etc in this high-energy, low-skill class. Fit-60 classes allow athletes to spend time building a better metabolic engine, with an emphasis on moving with quality at high intensity. We achieve this using intervals, circuits and infinite movement variety.
Learn the foundation and execution of gymnastics movements - from pull ups to muscle ups, rope climbs to handstands, rolls to cartwheels. Athletes will improve body awareness and learn to identify scaling options beneficial for skill development, and workout modifications
Weightlifting Class is the perfect opportunity to improve your lifting performance, further perfect your form, and try lifts that you might not get to try during the week. The purpose of Weightlifting is continued improvements and progressions, with a focus on targeting specific muscle groups and building strength
