As you are all aware the country will now be on lock down. And so, we are officially closing the gym doors to do our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19. ⠀

It’s important we all stay fit, healthy and positive during the next 4 weeks. We’ll be programming daily workouts that you can complete at home, with minimal equipments involved. These will be posted via Wodify, our website and social media. ⠀
