You pay to use the equipment, and in the case of some oversubscribed gyms you may need to wait for your turn to use such equipment! At Fortitude Fitness, your membership includes professionally programmed workouts that are tailored specifically to your fitness capability!
DROP IN SESSION
We welcome drop-in visitors to our classes. Click the button to book your session.
For experienced athletes wanting to try out a class before joining, you can do so by booking a single drop-in session.

It doesn’t matter if you’re an absolute beginner or a seasoned pro athlete, we’ll scale the training to your level.
If you’re only in town for a short time or would like to just give it a try, we have a 10 and 20 visit concession card available.
