If you need some assistance to finally achieve that first elusive Bar Muscle Up or your technique needs just a few tweaks to turn you in to a gymnastics ninja then this workshop is for you!
4-week block will consist of:
- 15 June – Hanging Shapes, Mobility, TTB
- 22 June – Pull Ups
- 29 June – Bar Muscle Up Part 1
- 6 July – Bar Muscle Up Part 2
Open for anyone!
