BAR MUSCLE UP

Every Tuesday at 6:30pm

If you need some assistance to finally achieve that first elusive Bar Muscle Up or your technique needs just a few tweaks to turn you in to a gymnastics ninja then this workshop is for you!

4-week block will consist of:

  • 15 June – Hanging Shapes, Mobility, TTB
  • 22 June – Pull Ups
  • 29 June –  Bar Muscle Up Part 1
  • 6 July – Bar Muscle Up Part 2
