Just like you, we’re not a fan of machines, repetitive workouts, and monotonous training sessions—which is why we designed all our classes to not only do away with bulky gym equipment, but also always be unpredictable and fun. Industry Experience: I come with about 10 years of coaching in the fitness industry (with a bunch of qualifications I won’t bore you with). I started off initially with Bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman making the transition into CrossFit/Functional fitness about 7 years ago when my wife and I started having children.

Nicole found strength training shortly after she moved to NZ in 2011, began Crossfit in 2014, and started competing shortly after in local and national competitions. She fell in love with coaching in 2016 after completing her CF-L1 certificate and and internship at Crossfit Mt. Eden. Besides coaching, Nicole has a passion for weightlifting, and is a nationally ranked New Zealand Olympic Weightlifter competing in the u59 category. Aside from weightlifting, she loves strict gymnastic movements, and getting outdoors as much as possible. She also has a passion for mental health and mindset, and when she’s not weightlifting or outdoors, she’s working in health care.
