Do you remember your first workout at Fortitude? How did you feel before/after?
First workout involved a lot of olympic lifting, I felt super confident and ended up using a broom stick the whole class haha. Humbled me quickly so was a bit of a laugh. Also hadnt worked out in over a year and nearly passed out.
What is your favourite movement? Why?
Love a clean, why because its easier than a snatch.
What is your least favourite movement? Why?
Anything to do with a box, I always end up bailing.
What are your interests outside of training?
Basketball, Rugby and finding new food spots for the boys.
What is one random fact about you?
I have a cute little square toe nail.
What motivates you to keep coming back to Fortitude Fitness?
The culture, sounds cliche, but I genuinely thought crossfit gyms were where the egos went to workout. Everyone gets a long and nobody is afraid to give something a crack and fail. Also made some life long friends while being at fortitude.
