Do you remember your first workout at Fortitude? How did you feel before/after?
I think it was overhead squats. I remember thinking that it was a lot tougher than the gym I used to go to.
What is your favourite movement? Why?
Squat clean. I feel like I dont have to think too hard about it.
What is your least favourite movement? Why?
Push ups. Because once you’re done you’re done.
What are your interests outside of training?
Love cricket, family, being lazy.
What is one random fact about you?
I only have 9 fingers. A shark bit off the index finger on my right hand. Makes hook gripping a little hard.
