Do you remember your first workout at Fortitude? How did you feel before/after?
Lucy: Luke dragged me along and I was sore for days after since it was a new style of working out for me
Meg: Yes! I was super nervous as Lucy had already gone to 1 class before. I always thought I was fairly active but doing that first workout proved me wrong ????
What is your favourite moment?
Lucy: Competing in Metcon Madness with all the teams
What is your favourite movement? Why?
Meg: Most likely wall balls- simple but effective 🙂
What is your least favourite movement? Why?
Meg: Devils press, anything with a burpee is ????
What are your interests outside of training?
Lucy: Music, hanging out with friends, SHOPPING
Meg: Hanging out with friends, going on long walks, listening to true crime or investing podcasts 🙂
What is one random fact about you?
Lucy: I have broken both my arms at the same time before hitting the back wall with my arms out at snow planet
Meg: I have lived in 4 different countries
What motivates you to keep coming back to Fortitude Fitness?
Lucy: The people, it’s such a big community everyone is so supportive
Meg: The people and community!! It’s also close to my flat so it would be rude not to ????
