Do you remember your first workout at Fortitude? How did you feel before/after?
Yes, I was so nervous before the first one, but that all changed after the workout. There is no judgement and everyone was so motivating. I knew this was a “lekker” (good) environment.
What is your favourite moment? Why?
Ffff still figuring that out, but love it when Dana jumps up and down when I finally snap what the movement should look like haha
What is your least favourite moment? Why?
I used to HATE a burpee, I am working on that love hate relationship.
What are your interests outside of training?
I love going for long runs or hikes and you can leave me on the kayak for hours. Then end the day with a braai (bbq) and good glass of red wine.
What is one random fact about you?
I studied to be a pre-primary teacher. I realized in the first week that it’s not for me. I had to finish the year, but spent more time exploring the wine farms and knew travel was more my thing.
What motivates you to keep coming back to Fortitude Fitness?
The fact that you can push yourself. All of us are different and are facing our own challenges.
