Do you remember your first workout at Fortitude? How did you feel before/after?

I was so nervous before my first work out because I was anxious that I would so far behind everyone else. However, everyone was so supportive and encouraging I didn’t even care that I was a beginner. 

What is your favourite movement? Why?

Pull ups. I am not the best at them but it was something I thought I would never be able to do, so I love that I can do them. 

What is your least favourite movement? Why?

Snatch. I am still trying to get the technique right. 

What are your interests outside of training?

I love board games, spending time with my family and swimming. 

What is one random fact about you?

I played golf for about 8 years. 

What motivates you to keep coming back to Fortitude Fitness?

Before joining Fortitude I was in a dark place with my health. Joining Fortitude was one of the ways I went about getting my health back on track. I keep attending because I want to keep on top of my health and wellness but also because I love the community of people there who push me to do my best.
