Do you remember your first workout at Fortitude? How did you feel before/after?
Vaguely. Know I felt very nervous because I had an injury but the coaches took very good care of me having scaling options available.
What is your favourite movement? Why?
I would say cleans and deadlift. Just love how strong I feel when doing these movements.
What is your least favourite movement? Why?
Overhead squat. I find the movement very difficult.
What are your interests outside of training?
Jet skiing with Conrad cause it’s all he wants to do, haha. Travel and meeting new people.
What is one random fact about you?
I broke my left arm twice, moved the growth plate in my right arm, had a fracture on my left knee and dislocated my right patella.
What motivates you to keep coming back to Fortitude Fitness?
Love the tight community at Fortitude. Much more motivating to train with like-minded people.
