To be honest I don’t remember but I obviously enjoyed it enough to come back!

Deadlift – makes you feel strong!

Anything gymnastics related but I’m working on it!

I’ve run three marathons (long time ago!)
What motivates you to keep coming back to Fortitude Fitness?
Makes exercise easy, you just have to show up and everything else is taken care of! Also I work in healthcare which makes me appreciate my health and want to look after my body!
