Do you remember your first workout at Fortitude? How did you feel before/after?
My first workout at fortitude was February 2018. At first, I am quite shy and observing the environment.
What is your favourite movement? Why?
Deadlift.. coz I feel strong on that movement..????
What is your least favourite movement? Why?
Overhead squat. I can’t perform this movement properly and I need to work out much on this.
What are your interests outside of training?
I love to go out for a walk, eating and go for a long drive.
What is one random fact about you?
I’m fun to be with.
What motivates you to keep coming back to Fortitude Fitness?
The people surrounds me especially the coaches. They doing the great job. They helping me a lot to improved myself to do the trainings and all. They believe that I can do whatever the workouts are.
